HT Industries is a partnership firm that has manufactured expanded polystyrene (EPS) products in Vasai, Palghar district, since 2016.
Our story
India's pharma, electronics and construction sectors depend on protective packaging and insulation, yet much of the supply comes from small units with inconsistent quality and weak delivery. HT Industries was built to be the organised alternative.
We pre-expand, mould, cut and fabricate EPS at our own plant, covering four segments: protective packaging, cold-chain thermoware, construction insulation and bulk industrial packaging. More than 100 institutional customers order from us, many of them on moulds made for their products alone.

Construction spotlight
EPS geofoam and block fill for terraces, screeds and voids replace heavy concrete and brick-bat, cutting dead load on upper floors. Under-deck and over-deck EPS cuts heat ingress through the roof, which takes the most sun. Closed-cell EPS resists water absorption and is light enough to cut to shape on site.
